Prep Time: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz premium tequila
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco or other hot sauce
- juice of one lime wedge
- 1 jalapeno ring
- kosher salt
- 1 lime wedge
Preparation:
Use lime wedge to moisten 1/2 the brim of the shooter glass. Dip the moistened brim in salt. In a small glass, mix the lime juice, tequila and tobasco. Place the jalapeno ring in the bottom of the shooter glass and top with tequila mixture.Optional- Follow the shot with a lime wedge.
